As the Chinese old saying goes that one cannot enjoy the fragrance of plum blossoms without experiencing freezing cold, for AECS, the year of 2019 was the start of a new journey of adventures. In this year, the China 6 project went into mass production, which ensured a bumper harvest. Having overcome the hardships and challenges in 2018, AECS finally reaped new opportunities and won great honors.
As of March 2019, AECS has gained many awards from domestic auto manufacturers, including Excellent Response Award of Wuling Automobile Industry, R&D Contribution Award of Chang’an, First Prize in the Yangtze Delta Final of Tsinghua Alumni Sanchuang Contest.

In addition, the company has stepped into a path to rapid development. The new production base located in Gangzha District of Nantong City has been completed and officially put into implementation. The new base has a technical center, a production and manufacturing center, and a test center, with six electric dynamometer platforms and an emission laboratory for China 6 standard. It is expected to be put in trial operation this year.

As it was announced on July 1, 2019 that the China 6 standard would be implemented in advance in key areas across China, AECS would have more opportunities in the market. At present, the company has more than 40 China 6 projects in research, which will gradually go into mass production this year. The annual sales are estimated to reach 400,000-500,000 units if all projects are put into mass production, which will contribute to achieve the goal of 30% market share by domestic automotive electronic control products by 2025 proposed in the "Made in China 2025" plan.
